What Is the Benefit of Attending my Counseling Sessions

I am very passionate about my profession. Most of the time people are reluctant to explore some of their personal experiences with others. I am a believer that sharing reliable situations to a minimum can help the client feel a sense of connection and walk away feeling that someone understands me and will not judge my circumstances. My session is confidential but with limitation. These limits to confidentiality will be addressed during initial contact. A safe environment, geniuses, empathy and sympathy, and tools to possible reach your goals.
